How quickly will someone reply?
Within one business day, from a named account manager. If the requirement is urgent, say so in the message and call the office as well.
What do you need for a transformer quote?
The type (pad-mount, pole-mount, dry-type or substation), the kVA or MVA rating, primary and secondary voltages, phase, quantity, delivery location and the date you need it. Drawings, a one-line or the specification section help us quote faster.
Can you quote against an existing solicitation?
Yes. Send the solicitation number or attach it after we reply. We confirm eligibility, the contract vehicle and set-aside status before we price anything.
Do you supply Buy American and TAA compliant equipment?
Where the contract requires it, yes. Country of origin and domestic content are stated on the quote, and documented with the delivery, so compliance is never a question at acceptance.
Do you work with state and local agencies?
Yes. We serve federal, state, local and education (SLED) agencies, as well as the private sector contractors who work with them.
Are you registered and eligible?
GovCrest is registered with SAM.gov and approved by the SBA, with access to small business set-aside contracts. Our identifiers are on the About page, and contract references are available on request.
